About the Carnival

We're the Pudsey Carnival a once-a-year action packed day full of fun, entertainment and celebration. All whilst raising money for a good cause.Originally started in 1898, we're currently onto our 37th contiguous year of events following a revival in 1988.We're yet to announce the theme for next year's Carnival, and stall and parade applications are yet to open but check back soon if you're interested. The Carnival has traditionally supported a different charity each year. But in 2014, the Carnival's committee started work on a new project of installing public access Defibrillators across the town.As a result, there are now 27 across Pudsey, the Carnival now raises funds to continue the maintainace and expand access of these devices.
